While continuing to heal up from a wrist injury from the previous GNCC and with the help of our pit crew and some greatly appreciated assistance from Chris Williamson of www.williamsonracing.com and the guys at Sicass racing I was able to finish a respectable 3rd in class and 11th overall at this years Sparta GNCC. I was fortunate to get a good start and pass a few riders to lead most of the first lap until I tagged a race banner and wound it up into my wheel. It took a couple minutes to clear it out of my wheel but i remounted in about 6th place. I put my head down and worked back up to 3rd where i would eventually finish. This was one of the muddiest races of the year so I was happy to do as well as I did.
