Roush Creek National Harescramble Hard work always pays off! I am very happy with
the outcome of sundays race in PA, bringing home
my first 3rd place podium finish at a National
Race. My day started awesome when my kx250 was
able to grab the holeshot for me in front of
several top pro's including some fellow factory
riders. After leading close to 5 miles of the
first 7 mile loop i was overtaken by a few riders
including Nathan Kanney, Ryan Rodgers, and Charlie
Mullins. I tried not to make any mistakes so that
i could stay with the lead pack. I was able to run
with everyone and we passed back and forth for
several laps. I ran 2nd for i think 2 laps during
this battle and was finally caught and passed by
charlie mullins on the next to last lap. I pushed
hard to stay in front of Jenks and Rodgers and
finished out the 8 lap race in 3rd place. With the
help of my pit crew i was able to get out of the
pits each time without getting passed by another
rider. Using my Dunlop tires equipped with my
flatproof Tire Balls i ran strong all day long in
the sharp rocks. After the race we all got cleaned
up and proceeded to the podium presentation. My
brother Morgan took some pictures and i am posting
a few in my photo album so be sure to check them
out. Check out this link to read the cycle news
